281.100. The director may, in cooperation with a land grantcollege or university or other public educational institutions,or a professional association or person representing thelicensee's category of certification, publish information andconduct short courses of instruction in the areas of knowledgerequired for licensing or certification under the provisions ofsections 281.010 to 281.115.
