Penalty for violations.

281.105. Any individual, whether a holder or nonholder of avalid license issued pursuant to this chapter, convicted ofviolating any of the provisions of sections 281.010 to 281.115,or any regulation issued thereunder, shall be guilty of amisdemeanor. Such misdemeanor may be punishable by imposition ofa fine of not less than one hundred dollars and not more thanfive thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail fornot less than thirty days and not more than one year, or by bothimposition of a fine and imprisonment.
