Rules and regulations, authority.

281.230. The director shall administer and enforce theprovisions of sections 281.210 to 281.310 and shall haveauthority to promulgate rules in accordance with the provisionsof chapter 536, RSMo, to carry out the provisions of sections281.210 to 281.310.
