301.066. The annual registration fee for shuttle buses, recreationalmotor vehicles and vanpool vehicles is thirty-two dollars. The advisorycommittee established in section 301.129 shall determine the characteristicfeatures of license plates for vehicles registered under the provisions ofthis section so that they may be recognized as such, except that suchlicense plates shall be made with fully reflective material with a commoncolor scheme and design, shall be clearly visible at night, and shall beaesthetically attractive, as prescribed by section 301.130.
