Revocation or suspension of license, procedure, grounds--violations,a misdemeanor.

301.119. 1. The department shall suspend or revoke alicense, upon notice and reasonable opportunity to be heard, asotherwise provided by law if it finds:

(1) The license was fraudulently procured or erroneouslyissued; or

(2) The applicant, or any partner or principal officer ofthe applicant, if a partnership or corporation, has failed tocomply with the laws of this state relating to certificate oftitle of vehicles; or

(3) The license is not prominently displayed.

2. Any person who violates any provision of sections301.112 to 301.119 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
