301.660. All transactions involving liens or encumbrances on motorvehicles or trailers entered into before July 1, 2003, and the rights,duties and interests flowing from them remain valid thereafter and may beterminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted byany statute or other law amended or repealed by sections 301.600 to 301.660as though the repeal or amendment had not occurred.
