Definitions.

302.133. As used in sections 302.133 to 302.138, the following termsmean:

(1) "Department", the department of public safety;

(2) "Director", the director of the department of public safety;

(3) "Instructor", a licensed motorcycle operator who meets thestandards established by the department to teach the motorcycle ridertraining course;

(4) "Motorcycle", a motorcycle or motortricycle as those terms aredefined by section 301.010, RSMo;

(5) "Motorcycle rider training course", a motorcycle rider educationcurriculum and delivery system approved by the department as meetingstandards designed to develop and instill the knowledge, attitudes, habits,and skills necessary for the safe operation of a motorcycle.
