302.281. The director shall suspend the license of anoperator upon a showing by the records of the director or anypublic records that such operator has an unsatisfied judgmentagainst him, as defined in chapter 303, RSMo, until suchjudgment has been satisfied or the financial responsibility ofsuch person, as defined in section 303.120, RSMo, has beenestablished.
