Tampering with aircraft--penalty.

305.090. Any person who shall tamper with any aircraft, orput into motion the engine of such aircraft without thepermission of the owner shall be punished by imprisonment in thepenitentiary for a period not to exceed five years or byimprisonment in a county jail for a period not to exceed one yearor by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars, or by both suchfine and imprisonment.
