305.627. 1. A displacing agency shall clear every pieceof residential property which it acquires for relocation assoon as possible and not later than ninety days followingphysical possession and the notification from the utilitycompanies of services disconnection.
2. The displacing agency shall grade the property it hasacquired and shall keep it in good condition by seeding andmowing the property.
