307.195. 1. No person shall operate a motorized bicycle on anyhighway or street in this state unless the person has a valid license tooperate a motor vehicle.
2. No motorized bicycle may be operated on any public thoroughfarelocated within this state which has been designated as part of the federalinterstate highway system.
3. Violation of this section shall be deemed an infraction.
