307.385. The superintendent of the Missouri state highwaypatrol may notify the director of revenue and the director ofrevenue shall suspend the registration of any vehicle which thesuperintendent of the Missouri state highway patrol determines,after a written notice, is not equipped as required by law or forwhich a certificate required by sections 307.350 to 307.390 hasnot been obtained.
