Annual statement, when due, contents of.

383.180. The association shall file in the office of thedirector annually on or before the first day of April, astatement which shall contain information with respect to itstransactions, condition, operations and affairs during thepreceding year. Such statement shall contain such matters andinformation as are prescribed and shall be in such form as isapproved by the director. The director may, at any time, requirethe association to furnish additional information with respect toits transactions, condition or any matter connected therewithconsidered to be material and of assistance in evaluating thescope, operation and experience of the association.
