Appeals and review.

383.190. Appeals and judicial review.

(1) Any applicant to the association, any person insured pursuant tothis article, or their representatives, or any affected* insurer, agent oragency, may appeal to the director within thirty days after any ruling, actionor decision by or on behalf of the association, with respect to those itemsthe plan of operation defines as appealable matters.

(2) Any person aggrieved hereunder by any order or act of the directorof the department of insurance, financial institutions and professionalregistration may, within ten days after notice thereof, file a petition in thecircuit court of the county of Cole for a review thereof. The court shallsummarily hear the petition and may make any appropriate order or decree.
