Director may contract with federal agencies.

411.701. 1. The director of the Missouri department ofagriculture is authorized and empowered to enter into contractsand agreements necessary to cooperate with the Commodity CreditCorporation, a public corporation organized under the laws of theUnited States, or other federal agencies to make uniform theprocedures followed in examining state licensed public warehousesand to make available to the Commodity Credit Corporation orother federal agencies the information acquired under suchexamining procedures by state warehouse examiners.

2. The contracts may provide for reimbursement of theMissouri grain warehouse division by the Commodity CreditCorporation for the services so performed and furnished, and anymoney received pursuant to the terms of the contracts shall bepaid to the director of revenue and thereupon deposited into thestate treasury to the credit of the agricultural fees fund.
