Decisions of assignee final, unless appeal asked for--appeal tocircuit court.

426.210. The decision of the assignee in relation to allclaims presented to him for allowance shall be final, unless acreditor or some other person interested shall, after a decisionis made on any such claim, ask an appeal therefrom; and allappeals so asked shall be allowed by such assignee to the circuitcourt having jurisdiction of the matter of the assignment, andall appeals heretofore taken shall be transferred to andperfected in such circuit court.
