456.11-1102. Sections 456.1-101 to 456.11-1106 modify, limit, andsupersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National CommerceAct (15 U.S.C. Section 7001, et seq.) but do not modify, limit, orsupersede Section 101(c) of that act (15 U.S.C. Section 7001(c)) orauthorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section103(b) of that act (15 U.S.C. Section 7003(b)).
