Court may order sale.

470.200. Whenever title to any real estate has vested in the state,the circuit court of the county in which such estate is situate shall, uponthe application of the prosecuting attorney of said county, order anddirect said real estate to be sold; which sale shall be made by the sheriffof said county and shall be advertised and conducted in the same manner asshall by law be provided for the sale of real estate under execution.
