No sufficient evidence of survivorship.

471.010. Where the title to property or the devolutionthereof depends upon priority of death and there is no sufficientevidence that the persons have died otherwise thansimultaneously, as determined by a court of competentjurisdiction, the property of each person shall be disposed of asif he had survived, except as provided otherwise in this law.
