Vacation and modification of judgments.

472.150. For good cause, before the expiration of the periodallowed for appeal after the order of final distribution of theadministration of the estate of a decedent or ward, the court mayvacate or modify its orders, judgments and decrees, or grant arehearing therein, except that no such power shall exist as toany orders, judgments or decrees from which an appeal has beentaken, prior to a final disposition thereof on such appeal, or toset aside the probate of a will after the time allowed forcontest thereof. No vacation or modification under this sectionaffects any act done or any right acquired in reliance on anysuch order, judgment or decree.
