595.105. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 1 of section595.055 to the contrary, the director may allocate and distribute money inthe fund to provide financial assistance to shelters for victims ofdomestic violence, and agencies that provide domestic violence or sexualassault direct services, emergency services, crisis intervention and victimadvocacy.
