Pool hall; bowling alley; licensee; violations; forfeiture of license.Any licensee under sections 23-808 to 23-812 who shall be convicted of violation of any law regulating such places of amusement during the life of his license shall forfeit said license upon order of the county board. Such order shall be entered by the county board upon hearing and proof which shall include the filing of a transcript from any court showing such conviction.
