25-1630. Jury list; how kept; tampering; solicitation; penalty.The jury commissioner shall, immediately after making such revised list of petit jurors, write the name of each person remaining upon the list upon a separate ticket, and place all the tickets thus remaining in the box or wheel to be kept for that purpose. The jury commissioner shall, immediately after making such list of grand jurors, write the name and address of each person upon the list upon a separate ticket, and place all the tickets in a separate box or wheel to be kept for that purpose until the next list of petit jurors is selected when those names remaining in the grand jury box shall have been destroyed and a new list of eighty names selected. If any person shall place or cause to be placed or ask to have placed in such box or wheel, any name of any person, except as provided in sections 25-1625 to 25-1637, he shall be guilty of a Class IV felony.
