25-2921. Dispute ResolutionCash Fund; created; use; investment.The DisputeResolution Cash Fund is created. The State Court Administrator shall administerthe fund. The fund shall consist of proceeds received pursuant to subdivision(10) of section 25-2908 and section 33-155. Except as otherwise directed by the SupremeCourt during the period from November 21, 2009, until June 30, 2011, the fundshall be used to supplement the administration of the office and the supportof the approved centers. It is the intent of the Legislature that any GeneralFund money supplanted by the Dispute Resolution Cash Fund may be used forthe support and maintenance of the State Library. Any money in the fund availablefor investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuantto the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds InvestmentAct.
