32-711. Congressional district postprimary conventions; time; place; delegates; transaction of business.Each political party shall hold a congressional district postprimary convention in even-numbered years. The convention shall be held at the same place as and immediately after the adjournment of the state postprimary convention. The delegates selected to the state postprimary convention for the district shall be the delegates to the congressional district postprimary convention. The congressional district postprimary convention shall transact the business which is properly before it. SourceLaws 1994, LB 76, § 211.
