Registration as guest artist; requirements.Applicants for registration as guest artists shall show evidence of licensure in another jurisdiction or other evidence as directed by the department sufficient to demonstrate that they possess education or experience of benefit to licensed or registered practitioners and are under the sponsorship of a licensed cosmetology establishment or cosmetologist for guest artists or a licensed esthetician for guest artists only performing esthetics.
