38-2826. Labeling, defined.Labeling means the process of preparing and affixing a labelto any drug container or device container, exclusive of the labeling by amanufacturer, packager, or distributor ofa nonprescription drug or commercially packaged legend drug or device. Anysuch label shall include all information required by federal and state lawor regulation. Compliance with labeling requirements under federal law for devices described in subsection (2) ofsection 38-2841, medical gases, andmedical gas devices constitutes compliance with state law and regulationsfor purposes of this section.
