39-1412. County bridges; loads exceeding posted capacity; no damage recovery; penalty.Any person driving across or going upon any county bridge with a greater weight than the carrying capacity or weight posted or attached thereupon as provided in section 39-1411, shall recover no damages from the county because of any accident or injury which may happen to him upon such bridge. Such person shall, for entering upon any such bridge with a greater weight than the carrying capacity or weight posted thereupon as provided in section 39-1411, be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor.
