44-5263. Board; report required; contents.The board shall study and report at leastevery three years to the director on the effectiveness of the Small EmployerHealth Insurance Availability Act. The report shall analyze the effectivenessof the act in promoting rate stability, product availability, and coverageaffordability. The report may contain recommendations for actions to improvethe overall effectiveness, efficiency, and fairness of the small group healthinsurance marketplace. The report shall address whether carriers, agents,and brokers are fairly and actively marketing or issuing health benefit plansto small employers in fulfillment of the purposes of the act.
