45-751. Moneycollected; disposition.(1) All fees, charges, and costscollected by the department pursuant to the ResidentialMortgage Licensing Act shall be remitted to the State Treasurerfor credit to the Financial Institution Assessment Cash Fund.(2) The departmentshall remit fines collected under the Residential Mortgage Licensing Act tothe State Treasurer for distribution in accordance with Article VII, section5, of the Constitution of Nebraska.
