Specific Authority for Maintenance, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Maintenance, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to conserve, manage, or preserve, to demand, enforce, obtain, or regain possession of, to hire labor or services and provide equipment or supplies for, to protect or safeguard, to repair, to replace in part or whole, and otherwise to maintain any property.
