49-1540. Specific Authority for Reimbursements, defined.The short form expression, Specific Authority for Reimbursements, shall mean that the principal generally authorizes and empowers the agent to exonerate, indemnify, pay, prepay, repay, or otherwise settle with the agent or any other person for any cost, disbursement, expense, or other expenditure appropriate, convenient, or necessary for effectuation of, and otherwise to arrange and make complete reimbursement for or of any amount reasonably expended pursuant to, any other specific authority or general power granted to the agent by the principal.
