52-302. Verified statement; filing.When one year has elapsed after completion of repairs, work upon or material put on or in such article, if the indebtedness remains due, unpaid or owing, such jeweler, silversmith, watch or clock repairer may file with the county clerk of the county in which such jeweler, silversmith, watch or clock repairer resides, a list showing the name, the address if known, the article and the amount of the bill against the same, duly signed and sworn to before a person authorized to administer oaths.
