53-117.06. NebraskaLiquor Control Commission Rule and Regulation Cash Fund; created; use; investment.Any money collected by the commission pursuant to section 53-117.05 or 53-167.02 shall be credited to the Nebraska Liquor Control CommissionRule and Regulation Cash Fund, which fund is hereby created. The purpose ofthe fund shall be to cover any costs incurred by the commission in producingor distributing the material referred to in such sections and to defray thecosts associated with electronic regulatory transactions, industry educationevents, enforcement training, and equipment for regulatory work. Transfers may be made from the fund tothe General Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Any moneyin the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission Ruleand Regulation Cash Fund available for investment shall be investedby the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital ExpansionAct and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
