54-2268. Testing, defined.Testing shall mean (1) the collection of a blood sample from a swine by or under the supervision of an accredited veterinarian, (2) submitting such blood sample to a laboratory which is approved by the administrator of the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Veterinary Services, and which is set out in the Veterinary Services Notice listing such laboratories, and (3) subjecting such blood sample to an official test.
