54-2299. Conformance with federal standards.In administering the Pseudorabies Control and Eradication Act and conducting program activities authorized by the act, the department shall as far as reasonably practical conform its program activities to Part III Program Stages and Requirements of the State-Federal-Industry Program Standards for Pseudorabies Eradication as approved by the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Veterinary Services, in effect on January 1, 2002.
