54-2744. Infected flock or animal; quarantine; when.Any flock or animal determined by the department to be infected and any flock or animal for which the owner refuses to comply with the Scrapie Control and Eradication Act or any rules and regulations adopted and promulgated pursuant thereto shall be put under quarantine by the department, at the expense of the owner, and a flock plan shall be filed.
