54-706.06. Animal exhibiting signs of bovine tuberculosis; report required; submit animal for testing.Any person who discovers, suspects, or has reason to believe that any animal belonging to him, her, or another person or which he or she has in his or her possession or custody is exhibiting signs consistent with bovine tuberculosis shall immediately report such fact, belief, or suspicion to the State Veterinarian.An owner or custodian of an animal exhibiting signs consistent with bovine tuberculosis shall submit such designated animal to be tested when ordered to do so by the State Veterinarian.
