54-769. Harbor, sell, or dispose of animal;prohibited acts.Itshall be unlawful for any person to knowingly harbor, sell, or otherwise disposeof any animal, or carcass part thereof, that has been or is exposed to orinfected with anthrax, except as otherwise provided in the Anthrax ControlAct and any rules and regulations adopted and promulgated thereunder.
