7-209. Legal Education for Public Service Loan Repayment Fund; created; investment.The Legal Education for Public Service Loan Repayment Fund is created. The fund shall consist of funds donated to the legal education for public service loan repayment program pursuant to section 7-208 and application fees collected under the Legal Education for Public Service Loan Repayment Act. Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
