71-1614. Health service obtained by ineligible person; reimbursement.In the event remedial treatment or care is obtained by an individual who is in fact not indigent, or by an individual indigent where the primary legal responsibility rests upon a third party financially able to render such treatment or care, the health district shall have a right to recover the fair value of the treatment and care so rendered.
