Foods, drinks, properties; inspection; fees.Any health district, organized pursuant to the provisions of sections 71-1601 to 71-1625 in providing for the inspection of foods, drinks and properties within the district, may impose upon the owners or possessors of such food, drinks or properties, a reasonable fee to cover the cost of such district of all inspection necessary to reasonably safeguard the public health.
