License renewal; extra fee.Beginning January 1, 2006, through December 31, 2007, the department shall charge a fee of one dollar, in addition to any other fee, for each license renewal for a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse pursuant to the Nurse Practice Act. Such fee shall be collected at the time of renewal and remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nursing Faculty Student Loan Cash Fund.
