77-3,110. Departmentof Revenue Miscellaneous Receipts Fund; created; use; investment.All funds received pursuant to sections 77-3,109 and 77-3,118shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Department of RevenueMiscellaneous Receipts Fund which is hereby created. All money in the fundshall be administered by the Department of Revenue and shall be used to defraythe cost of production of the publications listed in section 77-3,109 or ofthe listings described in section 77-3,118,except that transfers may be made from the fund to the General Fund at thedirection of the Legislature. Any money in the Departmentof Revenue Miscellaneous Receipts Fund available for investmentshall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the NebraskaCapital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
