79-1007.10. Cost growthfactor; computation.(1) For state aid calculated for allschool fiscal years except school fiscal years 2009-10 through 2013-14, thecost growth factor shall equal the sum of: (a) One; plus (b) thebasic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscalyear in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (c) thebasic allowable growth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscalyear immediately preceding the school fiscal year in which the aid is to bedistributed; plus (d) one percent.(2)(a) Forstate aid calculated for school fiscal year 2009-10, the cost growth factorshall equal the sum of: (i) One; plus (ii) the basic allowable growth ratepursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year in which the aid isto be distributed; plus (iii) the basic allowable growth rate pursuant tosection 79-1025 for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the schoolfiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (iv) one and five-tenthspercent.(b) For state aid calculated for school fiscal year 2010-11, thecost growth factor shall equal the sum of: (i) One; plus (ii) the basic allowablegrowth rate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year in whichthe aid is to be distributed; plus (iii) the basic allowable growth rate pursuantto section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the schoolfiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (iv) two percent.(c) For stateaid calculated for school fiscal years 2011-12 through 2013-14, the cost growthfactor shall equal the sum of: (i) One; plus (ii) the basic allowable growthrate pursuant to section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year in which the aidis to be distributed; plus (iii) the basic allowable growth rate pursuantto section 79-1025 for the school fiscal year immediately preceding the schoolfiscal year in which the aid is to be distributed; plus (iv) one and five-tenthspercent.
