8-115. Banks; charter required.No corporation shall conduct a bank in this state without having first obtained a charter in the manner provided in the Nebraska Banking Act. United States v. Doherty, 18 F.Supp. 793 (D. Neb. 1937), affirmed 94 F.2d 495 (8th Cir. 1938).
