81-1451. Violence Prevention Cash Fund; created;administration; investment.The Violence Prevention Cash Fund is created. The fund shallbe administered by the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and CriminalJustice. The State Treasurer shall credit to the fund such money as is transferredto the fund by the Legislature, donated as gifts, bequests, or other contributionsto such fund from public or private entities, and made available by any departmentor agency of the United States if so directed by such department or agency.Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the stateinvestment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and theNebraska State Funds Investment Act.
