83-970. Execution; persons permitted.Besidesthe Directorof Correctional Services and those persons required to be present under theexecution protocol, the following persons, and no others, exceptas provided in section 83-971, may be present atthe execution: (1) The member of the clergy in attendance upon the convicted person; (2) no more than three persons selectedby the convicted person; (3) no more than three persons representing the victimor victims of the crime; and (4) suchother persons, not exceeding six in number, as the director maydesignate.
