86-462. Advisory board; duties.(1) The advisory board shall make recommendations to the commission regarding the implementation of the Enhanced Wireless 911 Services Act, including:(a) The allocation of funds from the Enhanced Wireless 911 Fund as specified in section 86-465;(b) Rules and regulations necessary to carry out the act;(c) Any adjustments in the surcharge amount to recommend to the Legislature; and(d) The resolution of any disputes between public safety answering points and wireless carriers.(2) The commission may approve and implement any recommendations of the advisory board.
