9-616. Manufacturer-distributor, defined.Manufacturer-distributor shall mean any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, or corporation which assembles, produces, makes, prints, or supplies lottery equipment or supplies for sale, use, or distribution in this state.
